Purchase

To purchase a product, you will be required to provide certain information such as your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, the three-digit number on the back as well as your billing and shipping address.

You represent and affirm that you have the legal right to use any credit card (s) in connection with your purchase, and that all information provided is true and complete.

Account

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you will use to access the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site and all its content, including texts, images, graphics, code belong to claire papillon and are protected by copyright, trademarks and intellectual property rights. You may view and copy, download or print the content you select on the Site only for personal, non-commercial use, or to place an order with Clear Butterfly. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

Price

All product prices on our site are in Canadian dollars. The cost of the products is payable in advance.

Delivery

All shipments are made via Canada Post with a tracking number. Depending on the destination, we can only guarantee an approximate delivery date. The delivery time is approximately plus or minus a week with the exception of any shipment to Asia.

We are not responsible for additional delivery delays caused by Canada Post.

Local tax and customs fees may be added to the cost of your order depending on the destination and the country. You will need to pay the additional customs and tax charges to the courier upon delivery.

Return and refund

You have a period of 14 working days after receipt of the product to cancel your order. It is your responsibility to return the product in perfect condition. All products must be returned in their original packaging. Return postage costs are at the buyer’s expense. Your refund will be made by the credit card used for your payment. We are not responsible for any products lost during return. Any damage or loss will be at the customer’s expense.
